OKAY-
I realize that I've posted all slow songs, but this one is not a worship song, or even from a Christian artist. The Avett Brothers have broken into the national scene in the last couple of years, even though they started out as good ol' North Carolina boys. This is one of their earlier songs, and it's sort of sweet and sad at the same time. It's one of my first favorite Avett Brothers songs, and it still makes my heart hurt a little bit. Maybe it carries with it memories of a past I'd like to forget all about...
And I promise, I will at least try to come up with a more upbeat song for NEXT Monday....
I like the folksy sound but I've never heard this song before and I've never even heard of this group. Thanks for playing along again and you can put whatever song on that you like...slow or not!
